Galatasaray's Osimhen to have knee surgery and will miss the Amedspor game
Galatasaray say a loose fragment was found in Victor Osimhen's left knee. He will have keyhole surgery tomorrow and is out of the Amedspor squad.

Galatasaray have announced that striker Victor Osimhen will have knee surgery tomorrow.
The Nigerian forward strained his left knee in the Champions League match against VfB Stuttgart on 4 November. MRI scans then found a loose fragment in the joint. The club said arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery will be carried out at Maslak Acıbadem Hospital in Istanbul by club doctor Yener İnce.
Because of the operation, Osimhen has been removed from the squad for tomorrow's game against Amed S.F. (Amedspor).
According to first information, he is expected to be out for roughly two to three weeks.
Osimhen made his move from Napoli permanent in July 2025 after a loan spell, so this is a notable blow for the team.
